Moose Hunting

The moose hunts are a split session season... one September session and one October session. Moose permits are lottery drawn. Applications may be obtained by filling out the Maine Inland Fisheries and Wildlife Moose Permit Application form or by calling 207-287-8000. You will be put on a mailing list and an application will be mailed to you automatically each year. Please keep in mind as you fill out your application that we specialize in zones 2 & 3. We would be glad to assist you with any questions including filling out your application.

A 6 day guided Moose hunt includes lodging in our fully equipped log cabins and retreiving of the animal.
$1,200 for permitted and alternate w/o meals. (The cabin includes a full kitchen and there is a restaraunt w/fairly priced meals next door.)
$1500 per person with meals. Fee for nonhunting adult guest is $300 per person for the week.

Black Bear Hunting

Our fall bear hunts over baits run from August 25, 2008 through September 20, 2008. We have a high success rate and close range shots for archery hunters. A 6 day guided hunt includes lodging in our fully equipped log cabins, retreiving, quartering and skinning of the animal.
$1200 per person w/o meals. (The cabin includes a full kitchen and there is a restaraunt w/fairly priced meals next door.)
$1350 per person with meals. Fee for nonhunting adult guest is $300 per person for the week.

Deer Hunting

The Whitetail deer in this area are massive sometimes weighing over 300 lbs.!! Deer hunts run through the month of November. A 6 day guided hunt includes lodging in our fully equipped log cabins, retreiving, quartering and skinning of the animal.
$750 per person w/o meals for a fully guided hunt.- 2 person minimum. (The cabin includes a full kitchen and there is a restaraunt w/fairly priced meals next door.) $900 per person with meals. Fee for nonhunting adult guest is $300 per person for the week.

Maine Fishing

Northern Maine offers several ways and times to fish. You could fish in the rivers, in brooks, or in spring fed crystal clear ponds with huge brookies tipping the scales at over 7 lbs! Eagle Lake, offers salmon, brook trout and lake trout. Other lakes nearby have huge Muskie. Ice fishing is another way to fish for all these species during the winter. We offer excellent ice fishing as well as open water fishing on Eagle Lake and various lakes and ponds. Rates are $175 per day for 2 people. For each additional person $50 per day. Fishing rate does not include lodging.
